Who we are

Railway civil work is unforgiving. That is the work we chose.

KCK Infra Projects is a railway civil contractor based in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, working across South India since 2010. Our structures sit under and over running track, and every one of them has to be handed back to the Railway inside a sanctioned block, to gauge, on schedule.

Founded and led by Sri K. Subba Rami Reddy, the firm works as a proprietorship, a partnership and through joint ventures depending on the scale of the package.

How it is done

Putting a box under a line that never stops.

A road under bridge cannot close the railway. The box is built beside the track and moved into position inside a block of a few hours. Scroll through the sequence.

Excavation and approach cutting at the crossing site RCC box segments cast beside the railway formation Box segment being lifted and launched into position Completed subway with approach road open to traffic
Step 01

Cut the approach, hold the track

Excavation begins either side of the formation while the line stays open. In rock, that means controlled breaking within metres of a running track, with the embankment supported throughout.

Step 02

Cast the box beside the line

RCC box segments are cast on a prepared bed alongside the formation, clear of traffic. Reinforcement, shuttering and curing all happen off the track, so the critical work is ready before any block is taken.

Step 03

Take the block, move the box

Inside a sanctioned traffic block the track is supported on released rails, and the box is jacked and rolled into its final position under the line. This is the hour that decides the job.

Step 04

Restore the track, open the road

Track is relaid and packed to gauge, the line is handed back, and the approach roads, wing walls and drainage are completed. The level crossing is gone for good.

What we build

Six things, done properly.

We do not spread across sectors. Everything here is railway civil work, and everything here we have built and handed over.

Why KCK

What the Railway actually gets.

Work under live traffic

Box pushing, girder launching and platform work carried out inside sanctioned blocks, with the line handed back on time.

Certificates, not claims

Every package in our record carries a work completion certificate issued by the Railway. Available on request.

Nineteen sites at once

Our largest package ran nineteen structures across six sections simultaneously — parallel fronts, crews and plant, one programme.
